A Beka Language 4 Writing samples

A Beka English/Language is set up a little different from BJU.  The writing units from which this is taken is quite long.  The writing section is basically section 1(out of 4) of the whole book, which includes 6 units:  Recognizing and Writing Good Sentences, Punctuating Your Writing, Capitalizing Important Words, Writing Letters, Something to Write About, and The Writing Process...102 pages to be exact.  Here are samples from the last 2 units within this section:
