Is it right/biblical to name names when addressing false teachings?
In light of the recent controversy surrounding Ken Ham, I came across this really great article about it. I'm not going to repeat everything buzzing around the internet here. No need to beat a dead horse. Bottom line: I fully support Ken Ham and his stand against false teachings. There is a strong battle of the worldviews going on in today's world post-modern church, as the authority of God's Word is called into question. I will stand by my brothers and sisters who unashamedly stand for absolute, biblical truth, even if it means being persecuted for it.

AMEN!
I support Ken as well!
(Unfortunately I see this negatively affecting the homeschool community in general .... a 'house divided' so to speak.) :-(
Hubs and I were just discussing this last night. We totally agree with you.
I get the feeling, from things I have read about this controversy, that the issue isn't so much with what Ken Ham said but with how he said it.
I've read only one of Peter Enns' books. I know he is highly controversial in some Christian circles, and I'm honestly surprised that a Christian homeschool convention would invite him to be a speaker in the first place (I guess I tend to view Christian homeschool conferences as being fairly right-wing/conservative, which Enns would not be). I'm guessing that Enns is still speaking at these homeschool conventions?
Amen!
